Avatar: The Last Airbender live-action version is about to start filming

Avatar: The Last Airbender is an animated film with 3 famous parts produced by the US company Nickelodeon, broadcast from 2005 to 2008. The film is a blend of two styles, American animation and Japanese anime. . The world in the film is an Asian world. And the power in the movie is the use of the elements Water, Earth, Fire, Air through the Bending and the people who use it called the Benders. Corresponding to the four elements, we have four types of Bender: Water Bender, Earth Bender, Fire Bender and Air Bender. And there is a person who can use all four elements above called Avatar, this person is responsible for creating balance between the elements and the balance of the world. And at the stage of events, Aang is the Avatar. His mission is to master the four elements to confront the next Villain to restore balance to the world.

Before the upcoming Netflix movie, Avatar had another live-action version made in 2010. However, the film directed by M. Night Shyamalan was not as successful as expected, despite creating resonated but comes with a title that any filmmaker does not want to mention – “cinema disaster”.

Since 2020, Netflix has made no secret of its remake project and recruited the creative duo of the original animation, Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, to join the production process.
